Client Agreement

This Client Agreement is intended for use in connection with paid Black & Blanc Balanced services, including the Black & Blanc Edits and related consultation offerings.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking a service, the client confirms that they understand Black & Blanc Balanced provides online curation and design direction rather than full-service interior design, procurement management, or on-site execution.

What the Client Is Receiving

The client is purchasing professional guidance, visual direction, layout insight, scale and proportion recommendations, styling guidance, and curated design judgment within the scope of the selected package. The client is not purchasing unlimited access, unlimited revisions, guaranteed sourcing, or guaranteed final outcomes.

What the Client Is Not Receiving Unless Separately Added

Unless specifically listed in the purchased package, the client is not receiving: full procurement management, purchasing on the client's behalf, project management, contractor or installer coordination, site visits, custom fabrication oversight, permit review, architectural planning, or continued open-ended design access after the session.

Implementation Responsibility

The client understands that all implementation is at their own discretion and risk. The client is solely responsible for final measurements, fit, scale verification, ordering, assembly, installation, contractor selection, and all final site decisions.

Creative Direction and Taste

The client understands that Black & Blanc Balanced offers a distinct point of view rooted in refinement, contrast, balance, and composition. Recommendations are based on professional judgment and may not reflect every personal preference of the client. Creative disagreement alone does not constitute non-performance.

Preparedness and Cooperation

The client agrees to provide timely, accurate, and complete information; attend scheduled sessions; review materials promptly; and cooperate in good faith throughout the service experience.

Follow-Up and Additional Support

Any additional guidance requested after the included scope has concluded may be offered through a paid follow-up session, upgraded package, or new booking.

No Chargebacks or Payment Reversal Misuse

The client agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes after receiving the reserved time, consultation access, or design guidance associated with the purchased service. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication first.

Entire Understanding

This document, together with the service description on the website or booking page, forms the understanding between Black & Blanc Balanced and the client for the selected service.
