At Black & Blanc Balanced, certain pieces within our curated collection are produced specifically for each client. These items are carefully crafted or prepared upon order to ensure exceptional quality, refined finishes, and thoughtful design.
Because these items are created specifically for you, special policies apply to custom and made-to-order purchases.
Production Timeline
Custom and madentonorder pieces typically require approximately 6–8 weeks for production. Production timelines may vary depending on the piece, materials, and artisan partner involved.
Estimated production timelines will always be communicated prior to order confirmation.
Final Sale
Because custom and madentonorder items are produced specifically for each client, these pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
Order Confirmation
All custom orders are reviewed and confirmed prior to production to ensure details such as finish, size, and specifications are correct.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Custom items will ship once production has been completed. Clients will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information when their order has been dispatched.
Damaged Items
If a custom item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so that we may assist with a resolution.
