Shipping Policy
At Black & Blanc Balanced, we believe luxury should extend beyond the product itself — into every detail of the experience. Each order is thoughtfully curated and carefully prepared to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely.
Order Processing
Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for order processing on in-stock items prior to shipment.
Custom, made-to-order, specialty, or vendor-direct items may require additional processing and production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated whenever possible.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Signature Candle Collection
Our Signature Balance Collection candles are carefully packaged to preserve the integrity and presentation of each piece during transit.
Shipping times for candles may vary based on inventory availability and seasonal demand.
Furniture, Décor & Curated Collection Items
Many furnishings and curated pieces are produced in limited quantities or shipped directly from select vendors and artisans.
Because of the nature of luxury furnishings and specialty décor, some items may require extended lead times, freight delivery, or white-glove coordination.
Estimated delivery windows for larger pieces may range from approximately 6-18 weeks depending on the item, vendor availability, and shipping destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Certain oversized or freight items may require custom shipping quotes.
Delivery
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Black & Blanc Balanced is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather interruptions, or unforeseen transit issues once an order has left our facility or vendor partner.
Damaged Shipments
We ask that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged:
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
include photographs of the packaging and product
retain all original packaging materials
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for replacement consideration.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Black & Blanc Balanced is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the curated and specialty nature of many of our products, certain items may be considered final sale.
