Because our collection features carefully curated pieces sourced from select design partners and artisans, certain policies are in place to maintain the integrity of each item and ensure fair service for all clients.
Returns & Exchanges
Most décor accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Once the item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom candle and fragrance products
Made-to-order furniture or décor
Limited edition or seasonal pieces
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist you promptly.
Please include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution.
Furniture & Large Items
Furniture and larger accent pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from specialized partners. Because of the nature of these items, shipping timelines and return eligibility may vary depending on the piece. If an issue occurs during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may work quickly toward a solution.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Certain curated pieces or furniture items may require additional preparation time before shipment.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States using trusted carriers. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the item and its point of origin. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
